The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze data from these sources. By using the Service, you acknowledge that AI technology is evolving and outputs may not always be accurate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity on your account.

4. Payment Terms

Exacta reserves the right to determine pricing for the Service.

The Service includes subscription-based plans with automatically recurring payments.

5. Licenses

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Exacta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXACTA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
